If you are like me and enjoy a quick fix every once in a while this is a must read. Not only does it take under an hour it also is relaxing.
If you have been reading you know I fell out of a tree when I was little and it took a major toll on my back. Every once in a while I get excruciating back pain, with nausea. By the time I get to this point I know I need to take care of myself. I have been told by many doctors that I have a high pain tolerance. I’ve had MRI’s that have shown that I should be in more pain than I am in.
Recently I found that Epsom Salts are like magic. I soak in the bath for 20-30 mins as hot as I can handle it.
This doesn’t just help relax my back and relieve the toxins that have built up on my spine. It relieves water retention. I seriously loose 2-4 inches around my belly.
If you have a big event coming up and want to look your best you can try this. Remember if you retain water you will get it back. And you must, must, must drink water while in a bath that hot. You will dehydrate yourself if you are not careful.
