Football Nails

This week I got a great Idea to do football inspired nails for Superbowl Sunday. Brown nail polish is really hard to find by the way. If you wish to do these. I went to Sally Beauty Supply Store.

Some of my lines are a bit unsteady, I’m not in practice with the little lines again and my cat kept getting in the way.

What you will need.

Brown, green, and white nails polish. I used Orly Prince Charming (brown), SinFulColors Happy Ending (green), and China Glaze White on White (white).

and toothpicks.

Step 1: Cute, file, buff, and apply your clear base coat.

Step 2: Apply Brown nail polish to the desired nails. I chose to do all but the one accent nail.

Step 3: Apply green nail polish to accent nail/nails.

Step 4: Apply a second coat of both green and brown.

Step 5: Using your thin brush make a straight line down the center of all of the brown nails, or your nails of choice.

Step 6: taking your toothpick make three little lines across all of the longer lines on the brown nails.

Step 7: Using your thin brush make two lines all the way across the green nail, one at the top and one at the bottom. Then using your toothpick make three small lines on the edges of the green nail.

Step 9: Take a Q-Tip and dip in your polish remover and clean up your nails.

Hope your nails are a hit at your Super Bowl Party
